Returns Policy

Your satisfaction with your purchase is important to us. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return any item purchased online within 30 days of receipt, provided it is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

We are pleased to offer exchanges for replacement items or refunds via the original payment method (PayPal or credit/debit card). Please note that postage fees are non-refundable, but we will cover the postage costs for any exchanges.

How to Initiate a Return

To return your items by post, please include your original delivery note to facilitate a refund. Additionally, we appreciate a note explaining the reason for your return, as we value your feedback. Please specify whether you are seeking a replacement or a refund. If you no longer have your delivery note, include a note with your name, email address, daytime telephone number, and your preference for a refund or exchange.

Ensure that your items are securely packaged for return. Responsibility for ensuring the resaleability of returned items rests with you. Please send your return to:

You are responsible for the return postal cost. We recommend using a "signed for" service to ensure proof of delivery to us. We will not refund any items lost or undelivered in transit.

Damaged or Faulty Items

We take every precaution to ensure that your items in perfect order and are well-packaged and arrive in perfect condition. If an item is found to be faulty or damaged in transit, please contact us. We may ask you to email photographic proof of the damage or return the item for further inspection. Once we have assessed the issue, we will dispatch a replacement. If the item is out of stock, we will provide a full refund, including postage costs. .

Processing Time for Returns

Once we receive your parcel, please allow up to 5 days for processing your request. You will receive email confirmation once your return has been processed.

Please note that it may take three to four working days after processing a refund for it to appear on your credit card statement.
